The timeline varies based on design complexity, permitting, and construction, but most custom homes take between 12-18 months to completion. Pre-Construction can take 3-6 months, depending on the project. To ensure transparency, we provide a detailed, start-to-finish schedule with a guaranteed move-in date.

We have worked hard to develop a network of tradespeople and experts in home-building that we work with on every project. Working with a team we know ensures our budget and timeline commitments to you will be met, and that is our highest priority. Unfortunately, we don’t hire outside of this network, even if it's a personal acquaintance of yours who might be AMAZING at what they do. We want to ensure every element of your project comes together, and this is the best way we can do that!

We offer comprehensive warranties on craftsmanship and materials, ensuring peace of mind long after your project is completed. For our custom homes, we provide industry standard 2-5-10 Year Home Warranty.
